Their roles included teachers, pastors, DCE, and organists. I attended Valparaiso University in Indiana where I met my wife, Cathi. My degree in History being not very useful, I then attended Hofstra University in NY where I earned my Masters Degree in Education.
Cathi and I were married in September of 1994 and settled in the Chicago Metro area. My first teaching position at Hope Lutheran School on the south side of Chicago. I grew up in Detroit and come from a family full of Lutheran Church workers. I am a graduate of Valparaiso University (IN), Hofstra University (NY), and I earned my colloquy from Concordia University (WI). I have been teaching since 1996 and have taught at Lutheran schools in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Florida. 10 of those years have been as a teaching principal.
My wife and I have three grown sons, all of whom work in the field of technology and live in WI. We are excited to move to AZ since we will be close to family.
